The Centrury Plaza Residences - The most elegant condominium homes ever built in Los Angeles
The Century Plaza is a three structure mixed-use project encompassing nearly 2.9 million square feet. Webcor will be completing both the renovation to the existing Century Plaza Hotel – then the new Fairmont Century Plaza which is owned by Accor hotels who also owns Raffles and Swissotel, while also constructing the two new, 44-story, ground-up residential towers seated behind the hotel.
